Who does not love cartoons?

Cartoons bring back your childhood and the humour is everlasting, no matter how many times you watch them over. Doesn’t this make one wonder how nice would it be if all those funny characters jump out of the pages and start prancing all around?

Well, cinema has made it possible and how!

And when iconic characters meet great actors, magic is created. The actors relish the chance to play the characters they have admired while growing up and audiences just cannot have enough of it.

Popeye, the spinach-chomping Sailor and the sly Wimpy are part of this folklore.
Listen to Paul Dooley, who plays Wimpy in the 1980 musical Popeye.
